March 19, 2011 Chicago. Losers Serious Socialists rallied downtown for the anniversary of the invasion of Iraq. The main stream media was nowhere to be found, and for good reason. As the wave of social justice sweeps the world the details of the ideology are best left underneath the nearest rock. The media just crosses their fingers and hopes they don’t crawl out.
But crawl out they did. Advocating for Middle East style revolution, with guest speakers whose house was just raided by the FBI for allegedly having links to terrorism, really helped encapsulate the principles of the far left.
Organized by The Answer Coalition the rally was a true and clear look of just how the despicable spend their free time. The same tiresome rhetoric and baseless propaganda we all heard during the Wisconsin protests was echoed again. In tow were unfortunate looking men, ass-fisting lesbians, and a no-talent rapper named Philip Morris. Asked to perform on short notice Philip Morris placed an overnight order of “skillz” which apparently didnt arrive in time for the protest. But that didnt stop him from taking to the stage.
In one of his singles “The Same Ones and Zeroes” he claims he is “self-sufficient” and his bills are paid. But then thanks anyone who provided shelter because he just needs to “break even at decent altitude” (aka economic justice). Mobb Deep’s Prodigy has sickle cell and looks healthier than Philip Morris. I dont know why, he said he had “no apparent health conditions”. Give this man an Obama Care waiver! (cue to 1:38)
Frequently, new politically active non-profit groups emerge, and after a quick once over look of the board members it is usually blatantly obvious what philosophical category the group falls into. However, one that has been somewhat innocuous is 25×25.
Their objective is to increase renewable energy to be 25% of total US energy consumption within 25 years. Imagine that. It can be achieved if we cut ourselves down to the standards of a third world nation. There are thousands of groups like this with similar goals. Anyone who follows the Climate Change debate can probably name a handful off of the top of their head. So how is 25×25 different?
Was it the fact that the original bill proposing the co2 reductions bears the signature of our current President (then Senator) or the current Secretary of State? Not at all.
The Associations
What caught my attention and raised suspicion is where I found all of the group’s files. They seemed misplaced. Not only were these files absent from their own site and its “directory”, all of the internal documents of this Green group were placed in the “Parent Directory” of the AFTFACE directory. AFTFACE is the American Federation of Teachers Faculty and College Excellence.
Everyone knows why teachers would keep tabs on such a group; the green agenda is an extremely popular aspect of curricula. But they wouldn’t need to host the groups “founding documents”. Before we get started with the unions lets just clear up who the main funders are; Center for American Progress, General Motors, and other losers like the “Union of Concerned Scientists” Now that that is out of the way lets move on!
However, it does make sense if you go back and read AFT president Randi Weingarten’s statements. Their association with green groups tells how the union could benefit; then the story starts to speak for itself.
IMPORTANT: The rest of this post contains documents taken from AFTFACE website directory; while they still had the directory available with public access. Although the directory and folders originally had public access, these documents were not directly accessible while visiting the AFTFACE site-no links existed; these were in “storage”.

The above document is dated January 2007. Shortly after this document (hosted on the one of the AFT/Teacher’s Union Website) the AFT released their “Building Minds, Minding Buildings” report with its focus on building “green” schools with “green jobs”. Out of nowhere the Teacher’s Union was especially interested in “green jobs”. Why? I’ll show you shortly with private letters from the teachers union lobbying for green jobs in recent legislation concerning foreclosures on homeowners. In the Introduction, signed by Randi Weingarten, the AFT expresses its concern over making buildings conform to LEED standards. This week, a blog on Forbes took a look at LEED certified buildings and found some terrible flaws; it turns out the new regulation standards actually cost more $$$. Via a report from Fast Company citing that the buildings are actually “Energy Hogs”

Money from All Over spread out All Over
After the Green Jobs Act of 2007 the AFT president Randi Weingarten started talking up the importance of going green. Even in H.R. 3221 (a housing and anti-foreclosure bill) they were touting the importance of “green jobs” even though a brief of the bill doesnt mention anything about green jobs here (govtrack) or here. But the Union letter to all house members mentions it on the bottom of page 2 under “Community Colleges”

When Capitalism just wont work…Socialism is the answer
To the informed it’s not a surprise to learn that the Teacher’s Union as well as other Unions are not at all capitalists. However, this is usually an assertion that is just made from those “right-wing lunatics” (like Beck, who are right nearly 100% of the time). But it is quite different when you see them say it in their own words. The following entries/documents show the breakdown of the AFT with the AFL-CIO and other organizations, the denouncing of freedom and capitalism, and the Teacher’s Unions open invitation for staff to attend the leftists US Social Forum. But Wait there’s More!
In a 2007 interview AFT president Randi Weingarten said “…schooling is important for all kids. There is universal acknowledgement of that now. It used to be just us progressives that said that!” (pg. 18 of document below). Its an interesting interview that trashes capitalism and achievement and later, quoting from page 27, “We cede some of our individual rights to have collective responsibility and representative democracy (I thought we were a representative republic). Thats not Socialism; (yes it is) thats not communism (yes it is-especially when youre bilking the public of funds for “green” projects) . thats ceding certain things to have a democratic structure. That’s like Hillary Clinton and others saying ‘It Takes a Village’ “. I believe Jonah Goldberg already discussed how fascistic this was in Liberal Fascism. Anyone who has kept a close eye on our public education system will no doubt be familiar with the strange and terrible case of Michelle Rhee. The point of this post is not to encapsulate her efforts to improve the DC Schools. That case is brilliantly made by the talented Katherine Mangu-Ward of Reason Magazine and I invite you to familiarize yourself with her accountof this situation.
The intent of this post is to show the evidence that the WTU (Washington Teachers’ Union) along with the AFT President Randi Weingarten had set her (Michelle Rhee) up for defeat. What is more sinister is that they were not protecting the interests of students and improving their education but rather the salaries of the teachers themselves. Lets get started.
The Beginning
When Michelle Rhee assumed her responsibility of Chancellor of the DC school system Washington Teacher’s Union President (George Parker) along with AFT President Randi Weingarten sent out the following letter: (Click image for full DocStoc file). The “comprehensive” plan that the Teacher’s Union has proposed plainly states, and lists first, that “improved salary and benefits” are necessary in order to close the achievement gap. In other words, an already bogged down system, salary raises and additional benefits of members, are instrumental in raising test scores. But Rhee agreed and offered a $10,000 bonus and 20% raise if they sacrificed tenure. In hopes of filtering out non-performing teachers. WTU took the deal
Parker seems quite pleased. After all, his schools were scheduled to receive cash and teachers via the ARRA (Stimulus). The problem came when Mrs. Rhee started to cut the non-performing teachers. Just like in many other cases (i.e. NYC) once the teachers are hired they can never be let go.
The Commercial Campaign against Michelle Rhee
Shortly after Michelle Rhee began to shake-up the public education system by improving test scores and letting go dead weight teachers and administrators, the AFT and the WTU started their campaign against Michelle Rhee with local radio commercials.
First is the “rough edit” of a commercial. Notice the WTU calls their new proposal “groundbreaking” when in fact it is really budget breaking (refer to above letter) It was an Offer she Had to Refuse
The Reversal
The newly appointed Chancellor seems to be too effective. Now the destruction of her career begins with all Union cronies on deck
You dun Goofed
George Parker tried to cover his ass and issued the following letter in September to follow suit on the planned attacks. How do we know the attack was planned? The commercial said she started to make cuts 6 weeks in–the below letter was sent out in the 4th week of the school year. I believe they (Parker and Weingarten) owe everyone an explanation. Seems like they had no intention of ever giving Mrs. Rhee a fair shot. They took the pay raises and began to wage war against her after cuts were made.(Please click image to DocStoc full file)
The “Fix”
So the fix was already in long before Michelle Rhee was assigned the responsibility of Chancellor to D.C. Schools. The intention was never to improve education; it was to implement any and all means to improve teacher’s salaries and benefits, even if it hurt the children and destroyed a promising administrator.

Obama’s and Congress’ current alliance with the Teachers Union
This shouldnt surprise anyone. Immediately after taking the office the first thing Obama did to help his allies in the Teacher’s Union was to cut-off charter school vouchers in D.C.to minority children. (Remember: the unions have a shared goal with Obama-keep the unions more profitable so they can give 98% to his campaign) Forcing minority children back into their destitute public schools seems to be the desirable option. However, we knew this would happen. Anyone paying attention to his address to the Teachers Union in July of 2008 could see this coming: (Full Transcript-Click picture)
Further Damage against Charter Schools and pay raises
They also were able to successfully lobby Congress and control Voucher School funding. (I know some charter schools are unionized so I am not entirely sure if that is what they are referring to) However, IncreasedCompensation is the first item suggested under “Early Childhood Education” and they were “particular pleased”. This bill, HR 3221 is still has not yet passed the Senate but a lot of the goodies ended up in the Health Care bill. (Student loans, additional funding, etc) So I don’t think they need this to pass-It can probably be shelved or shredded

What kind of thank do we get from the Teacher’s Unions after all these concessions? We get scenarios like this: “Fuck them”, we can even call little black kids “niggers” and not get fired! Welcome to the Democrat Party!! Thanks for your vote and your money. “Ha Ha Ha, we’re playing video games on their [your] dime!”
