Barret Brown Indictment

Barrett Brown Indictment released today. Brown was arrested for what seems to be threatening law enforcement agents. (Allegedly of course) Be careful what you ask for because in Barrett’s case…he got it. By use of his Twitter account he finally lost it and transformed into the ultimate internet tough guy; invited law enforcement to come get him. They did. If its your first time here check the Barrett Brown category. I have a unique experience with this jerk from him threatening to turn my life upside down, calling him out for associating with a known loser/wannabe law enforcement, him accusing me of hacking his Skype chats and posting them on Youtube, and more! Barrett didnt get away with threatening me and he shouldve learned his lesson. Instead he became more confident and threatened law enforcement. Enjoy prison.

Note to Barrett: The arrests for the threats were just to get you into custody. Now they will write up the indictments for the more serious charges they really wanted to put on you. Since you were a flight risk they took the opportunity to eliminate that variable in order to ensure full prosecution; convictions or even accepting a plea deal is always easier for the prosecuting attorney when the defendant is in custody.

The North Texas Attorney’s Office has some lulzy bracelets.

LulzSec Indictment: Anonymous Co-Conspirator Not named as Defendant

The indictment against Ryan Ackroyd, Jake Davis, Darren Martyn, Jeremy Hammond, and Donncha O’Cearrbhail is now available to view online. HERE. (Courtesy of These are the members of LulzSec, AntiSec, Internet Feds, etc that have currently had charges brought against them. Nothing in the whole document surprised me except for a few lines starting at the bottom of page 23.

Wait, what? A “Co-Conspirator not named as a defendant”? So either that co-conspirator has flipped and is cooperating with authorities or their role in all of this was so minimal that they have escaped attempted prosecution. But if their role was minimal why would Sabu trust that person? I will go with the former for now. But anyway…

That’s interesting.

Because when I made my post entitled “Barret Brown Part 1: Trust in Infraguard; Living in Denial” it was in regards to a phone call I had with Brown. His main concern was that someone on Reddit was uploading links to a blog that posted his private chats all while calling him an FBI snitch. He thought the person was me and therefore agreed to hop on the phone with me. But he had ignored my multiple requests for him to respond to his threat to me to “turn my life upside-down” months earlier. That threat is in the above link (Barrett Brown Part 1).

I have also gone over the blog he was concerned about  ( & I don’t see anywhere on there were the person called him a snitch either. (Other than theorising) But I only gave it a quick look. Btw, since his hacked chats are on there it is worth a listen. There is something about a little turd who likes to see everyone hacked actually getting hacked himself that is quite enjoyable.

Two Points – 1) It was not me, 2) I do not see the user “DrWarbucks” calling anyone an FBI snitch. So I am not sure where Brown got that from; someone calling him a “snitch”. But I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt that that actually was said originally and has now been deleted by Reddit. But again, I do not know. And for teh lulz, Dr Warbucks is Ben Grier. Check the contact page

But Brown claims someone was calling him an FBI snitch and he has no reason to lie. He also had no reason to call until this happened so I can only believe that he is only motivated by things that could seriously affect him. After all, he may be a tool but he’s not a dummy; self-preservation comes first.

Part 2 of my Barrett Brown post was going to go over other details of his call to me along with his concern about being considered an FBI informant. I’ll get to that. But until then go check that “Aint Rocket Surgery” blog and listen to the third video/audio. Brown talks about heading to Kansas. Oddly enough the FBI tipster that helped bag Kahuna made the tip from Kansas.

See, if you’re working out a deal between your lawyer and the US Attorneys office, and you have something to protect (lets just say its book sales revenue), they need to be able to prove you’re cooperating. So no proxies!! Make the tip just like any other Joe on the internet so your attorney can go back to the US Attorney’s office and say “My client just made the tips from this IP address”.

That way you can be anonymously named in an indictment as a “co-conspirator” and not named as a defendant.

Got it?

Below: screen cap of the ItsKahuna indictment via my good friend Liberty Chick (Thanks kiddo, the rest deleted their copies)

*You mean this Kansas IP was the tipster? Wonder if that is the same “co-conspirator” not named as a defendant

Again-In case you missed it. Barrett Brown talking about heading to Kansas (3rd vid) HERE

And I’m not done yet.

Hey Barrett, I told you last week that I didn’t forget about you; I meant it…

PS-How did the publisher/writer of “Aint Rocket Surgery” know a week before hand that Barrett Browns case was being handled out of the N. Texas US Attorneys office? No mention was ever made of this publicly. They proved this HERE. I am wondering if this is Brown himself doing this, then using the call to me for cover.

PPS-Special thanks to the OG Anons that contacted me. I will still publish everything you set me. I just need a little more time

Barrett Brown Part 1: Trust in Infraguard; Living in Denial

On Wednesday April 18 I finally talked to Barrett Brown on the phone. I had been trying to talk to him for some time ever since he made a lame threat to me over twitter. But he had a different reason for calling me which I will be addressing in the next installment tomorrow. For today we are going to address the reason for my call, the three times he lied to me (and I caught him), and the blind faith he has in someone he admitted to trusting and receiving information from. First, the internet tough guy tweet.

So scared I had to retweet it.

So what caused this? It was a post I did entitled “Tutorial: How to Expose an ‘Anonymiss'”. There are two disclaimers in the post clearly saying the person is most likely not involved in the “Anonymiss” faction of “Anonymous”.I asked Brown at the beginning of the call if he read the post before making the above tweet. He said “yes”. Then later I asked why he would send out a threat like that when I clearly said I wasn’t targeting any real member of Anon. Then I asked him again if he had read the post before making that tweet and he said “no, not really.” His excuse for that was that he said that at the beginning of the call when he thought we were “bullshitting each other”. But I had already answered his questions honestly and I will address that tomorrow. Barrett Brown can’t Google. Seriously.

I am not targeting any real member of Anon or an of those who are the real Anonymiss. I am targeting the political hacks, the paid political operatives, who were such cowards that they decided to use illegal means to intimidate their political opponents and used YOUR good name to hide behind. I am talking about people like Neal Rauhauser…

The sharp anons have picked up on his fake profiles and his lame attempts to co-opt Anon and labeled him as COINTELPRO and called him out. Congrats, you were spot on.

Barrett and I had had two tiffs on twitter; this being one of them. In our prior engagement we ended the conversation agreeing to disagree but I had also warned him that he was surrounding himself with people that may be a problem later on. Like Neal Rauhauser. At the end of the conversation he said “Ok, thanks.” regarding the heads up.

Rauhauser, who spends most of his life creating fake online personas, had claimed to be a member of Infraguard and also working with the FBI. I told this to Brown on the phone. He told me that Rauhauser was never a member of Infraguard nor did he ever claim to be working with the FBI. Brown said that Rauhauser was someone that he “trusted” and ultimately used him to feed him a lot of information.

Since Rauhauser is such a controversial figure in the blogosphere many people follow his every move. They screen cap everything he posts and freezepage it as well.

On April 7 I sent a tweet to Rauhauser. The shortened link was to the Google search for “Delete Everything”, which he was in the process of doing. One of those things might have been his Infraguard resignation later; hard to know because he has made the blog private now.

Rauhauser Infraguard Resignation Letter

In March of this year Rauhausers blog had a post entitled “Farewell Infraguard” where he posts the emails confirming Infraguard has honored his request and then he gives his reasoning. Screen caps of that post below. So how did Barrett Brown not know this? Or did he know this and is trying to convince himself and others that he wouldn’t let and Infraguard member into his circle? Actually, I’m just taking it as another lie that Brown told me. He cant help it.

Part 2

part 3

part 4

I dislike Barrett Brown. But I dislike Rauhauser even more. And this is not a slam on Rauhauser either. (Thats not even a challenge). But I have friends involved in Anonymous that go back way before Brown ever appeared. And while LulzSec was running around ALL of the old schoolers told me they were staying clear of them and that this was not what Anonymous was about. I’ve even made a point to Rauhauser and his friends who were trying to create an up-swell in Anonymous to go after me. My response to them was [sic] “Ever wonder why you cant get anyone to get behind you and come after me.” Its because every time that happened I was in chats with the old school guys laughing about it.

So much came out of this phone call and this is going to be a multiple part series addressing each…and I promise tomorrow will be just as fun…FBI Stuff 🙂

Oh, one more thing. Remember above (in italics) when I said OWS and Anonymous had already called out Rauhauser as COINTELPRO? That was under the Twitter handle @AnonyOps that he was using. Here is the video that originally appeared addressing this on Occupy Wall Street TV. Your turn Mr. Brown. You can now explain to Anonymous why you not only ignored the warnings I was sending to you but adamantly defended and lied about this persons interactions with Infraguard. raided by the Feds. Shouldve stayed away from Anonymous

Im sure all of this is just coincidence

“On Wednesday, April 18, at approximately 16:00 Eastern Time, U.S. Federal authorities removed a server from a colocation facility shared by Riseup Networks and May First/People Link in New York City. The seized server was operated by the European Counter Network (“ECN”), the oldest independent internet service provider in Europe, who, among many other things, provided an anonymous remailer service, Mixmaster, that was the target of an FBI investigation into the bomb threats against the University of Pittsburgh.”

See, without the help from Anonymous, the Occupy movement would not have gotten off the ground. This is why the creators went to Anonymous first. Then a funny thing happened-they (Anonymous) kept breaking the law. Now the two groups are one in the same in the eyes of investigators. And since everyone was “anonymous” they had to treat everyone in the groups as a potential suspect. Nice job guys.

Rule 1# in Fed seizures: Come up with a good enough excuse to seize something even though you are looking for something else. Solving the bomb threats is plausible and noble. But I know what they are looking for…

In Andrew Breitbarts last interview he specifically cited the Occupy’s involvement with Michael Moore and also Anonymous. This wasnt a mystery. The troubling aspect was that activists had turn to the technique of SWAT’ing their opponents to silence them. Breitbart specifically makes reference to an incident in New Jersey as well as another California involving a District Attorney. So we are going to take this one at a time. First, Michael and the Occupy Movement came in the middle of the criminal activity. But here is a post from the Riseup mailing lists for posterity. Then below we will get to the meat of this.

Or just look at the Occupy Olympia contact page-points right to Riseup. occupyolympia[dot]org/contact

The Michael Moore angle is not relevant to the seizure. The point that I am trying to make is that law enforcement was already closing in. (And we have seen a good number of arrests already) Too many victims and the crimes were getting serious. i.e. the SWATtings, the bitcoin heist, the hacks of databases, releasing personal and sensitive information, and the money trail (Stay tuned for details on that)

Andrew Breitbart Last Interview on Hugh Hewitt Listen to the audio. In the last minutes of the show Andrew describes the conundrum; how he has become a priority target of the group. One blog that has published all the details about their SWATTing, and Breitbart makes specific reference to is Crying Wolfe

So back to my original point. A few bad anonymous apples increased the scope of the investigation. Now everyone is a target. If they solve the bomb threats, good for them. But investigators and prosecutors we’rent really after Al Capone for tax evasion. BUt now Riseup, who was really nothing more than a group of activists got pulled in. That sucks for them and I guarantee 99.9% of the people involved in Riseup had nothing to do with any of the crimes that were committed; including the convenient excuse of needing to track down these bomb threats. But again, thats an excuse. They want to track down the crimes that actually happened

My point proven further into the press release:

“We sympathize with the University of Pittsburgh community who have had to deal with this frightening disruption for weeks. We oppose such threatening actions. However, taking this server won’t stop these bomb threats. The only effect it has is to also disrupt e-mail and websites for thousands of unrelated people,” continues Mr. Theriot-Orr. “Furthermore, the network of anonymous remailers that exists is not harmed by taking this machine. So we cannot help but wonder why such drastic action was taken when authorities knew that the server contained no useful information that would help in their investigation.”

“Frightening”, and “oppose such threatening actions”. Yeah…how do you think Crying Wolfe felt when he was dragged out of his house at gun point by police for retweeting something?

End Note: Barrett Brown is being a punk again; he cant help it. I’ll be addressing this later today.

Inside of Anonymous Headquarters via Krypt3ia

The example below of the transcripts for #HQ show that these characters though, are a little high on themselves after the hack on HBG… And you know what happens when you don’t pay attention to the hubris factor. You get cocky and you get burned. As you can see below, some of them are at least nervous about being popped or infiltrated.. Those would be the smart ones…Krypt3ia

Almost missed this one. On 3/20 Krypt3ia put up a great post entitled “Anonymous #HQ: Inside The Anonymous Secret War Room” Featured are some of the chat logs in between the now well known “Sabu” and “Topiary” with the other squishy players as well like Lauralei (a trap)

No further analysis is needed from me on this matter. Just go check it out for yourself and remember from my earlier post of transcripts. Now there are serious questions now about money laundering and the recipients of said stolen (hacked) money; which they speak openly about in their chats. If you missed that check it out here and stay tuned for some great updates on that topic (*cough* labor unions)
