What do Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, and Vogue editor Anna Wintour all have in common? They have all been invited to Wikileaks founder Julian Assange’s 40th birthday bash.
This is no small affair. The invitees where given instructions on how and where to land their private jets and helicopters. The bash is being hosted by the owners of the Norfolk farmhouse estate where Assange has taken residence of late. Vaughan and Pranvera Smith own the estate. Mr. Smith, scheduled to attend the event told the UK Independent “You’re only 40 once.”
Assange, who faces sexual assault charges, could be taken into custody on Tuesday to face charges in Sweden for “sex by surprise”.
